The service
Kepiai is a managed analytics service. It combines a proprietary analytics platform with delivery support from Kepiai personnel. Scope, channels, seats and analyst involvement are set out in your plan or your signed scope of work.
Subscription and payment
Plans are billed monthly. Annual commitment pricing requires a minimum term of twelve months. Invoices are payable within [x] days. Prices are quoted in IDR and exclude applicable taxes.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorised to connect the social accounts you nominate, and that doing so does not breach the terms of those platforms. You are responsible for keeping user access within your organisation secure.
Ownership
Your data remains yours. Reports and analysis produced for you are yours to use. The Kepiai platform, engine, methodology and templates remain the property of Kepiai.
Availability and platform dependency
Parts of the service depend on third-party platform APIs. Where a platform changes, restricts or removes access to data, we will tell you and work on an alternative, but we cannot guarantee continuity of data a platform stops providing.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential. We will not identify you as a client publicly without your written consent.
Limitation of liability
Analysis and recommendations are provided to support your decisions, not to replace them. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the [x] months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate with [x] days written notice, subject to any minimum term. On termination we will return or delete your data on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
